  • Support residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes
  • Promote resident dignity which is person centred and respects individual choices
  • Share moments of laughter, conversation, and companionship
  • Encourage residents to take part in activities and enjoy their hobbies
  • Provide comfort and reassurance when residents need a little extra care
  • Work as part of a close‑knit team to make every day safe, joyful, and fulfilling
  • Ensure all our care is documented and any concerns are escalated to the Nurse in charge
