- Taking pride in maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities to ensure every room is fully prepared and welcoming.
- Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth‑running hotel.
- Helping with monitoring supplies and minimising waste across all housekeeping areas.
