  • Taking pride in maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Replenishing guest supplies and amenities to ensure every room is fully prepared and welcoming.
  • Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth‑running hotel.
  • Helping with monitoring supplies and minimising waste across all housekeeping areas.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
