- Promote resident dignity which is person centred and respects individual choices

- Encourage residents to take part in activities and enjoy their hobbies
- Provide comfort and reassurance when residents need a little extra care
- Work as part of a close-knit team to make every day safe, joyful, and fulfilling
- Ensure all our care is documented and any concerns are escalated to the Nurse in charge
