As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be attentive to the guests’ needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations and serve accurately and efficiently. What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
- Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the outlet, and know where to find all the information.
- Be aware of all F&B Promotions in place in the Hotel and communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety).
