As a member of our Bar team, you will be attentive to the guests’ needs from the moment they arrive, make recommendations and serve accurately and efficiently. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
- Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the outlet, and know where to find all the information.
- Be aware of all F&B Promotions in place in the Hotel and communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety).
- Have a desire and a creative eye for mixology and drink trends.
