About Our Company

We are an independent hotel located in the city centre opposite Swansea Train Station. We offer a variety of freshly prepared delicious meals including breakfast, brunch, tapas, afternoon tea and our famous Sunday lunch boards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
  • Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Ensure timely food production and presentation in alignment with restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
