The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Breakfast Commis Chef with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
Breakfast Commis Chef Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the preparation of food for all service areas per the standards indicated by the Head Chef.
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
- Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
- Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills.
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous.
