Working within the Mirabelle team serving wine and other beverages to dining guests. During service you will recommend and sell wines to guests that will complement their tastes and meal. Engaging with customers is essential; enjoyment in delivering the highest levels of service is a must. Carry out other general waiting duties as part of the Restaurant team. This is a fantastic role if you wish to progress your career within a quality establishment within hospitality. This position has arisen due to internal promotion so it is a fantastic place to start! This role will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
Key Attributes:
- Good knowledge of wine is essential.
- Restaurant experience preferably in a similar luxury establishment.
- Level 2 WSET qualification or working towards. If you do not have your qualification we are happy to support you in achieving this.
- Polite and personable with good customer service skills.
- Well presented and impeccably groomed.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good command of the English language both written and verbal.
- A positive personality and service with a smile.
