This pivotal leadership role demands ensuring robust financial controls, precise reporting, and strategic support to the General Manager and the broader hotel management team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of the hotel\’s finance function, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
– Produce timely and accurate management accounts and financial statements.
– Prepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and performance insights.
– Manage cash flow and ensure optimal working capital control.
