As a Painter and Decorator you work within the “heart of the house” and use your craft and flair to keep the iconic Grand Hotel Birmingham to the high standard befitting such a landmark.
What The Role Will Do
- Perform routine and refurbishment painting and decorating to a high standard
- Complete all PPM schedules alongside weekly and monthly checklists
- Operate machinery with care and caution and use chemical products correctly as trained and directed
- Keep an inventory of painting and decorating supplies and equipment
- Be flexible to jump into any role within the maintenance department when needed
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues
