Have you got the attention to detail to make our hotel sparkling when all our guests are asleep in our bedrooms? We are looking for a Night Cleaner to join us at The Grand Hotel Birmingham. As a Night Cleaner, you work within the “heart of the house” bringing your personality and flair to provide a warm, always welcome friendly service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you'll know how to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests, time and time again achieving Grand standards.
Flexible contracted hours available to suit your availability and the needs of the business. Night Cleaner shifts will generally be 21:00 - 05:30 / 22:00 - 06:30 - 8 hours per shift with a 30min unpaid break.
What the role requires of you:
- To promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships.
- To maintain cleanliness of reception lobby, guest lifts, main hotel entrance.
- To clean and service all restrooms, hallways and guest facilities to a Grand standard.
- To clean and maintain Madeleine, Isaac's restaurant.
