As a multi-skilled Maintenance Assistant, you will work within the "heart of the house" to maintain the iconic Grand Hotel to high standards. Your skills in carpentry, plumbing, and painting & decorating will support the maintenance department in proactive and reactive upkeep of this landmark property.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and systems maintenance.
- Respond to colleague and guest requests for maintenance assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Complete PPM schedules and checklists.
- Operate machinery carefully and use chemicals correctly.
- Contribute to hotel security and compliance.

- Experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a hotel.
