Madeleine is a slice of Parisian chic in Birmingham - an award-winning hotel bar, proudly recognised as Best Hotel Bar in Birmingham 2024/2025. A destination defined by elegance, flair and unforgettable guest experiences. We are now looking for a Bar Manager to take ownership of this vibrant operation, bringing personality, leadership and creativity to every shift.
You'll set the tone for service, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine operational excellence with a genuine passion for hospitality. 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with business needs.
What you will be doing:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring consistently high standards across service, product and presentation.
- Lead from the front, inspiring and motivating your team with energy, confidence and a positive attitude.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the style and quality of Madeleine.
- Support target setting and work closely with senior management to drive performance and results.
