As a Casual Food & Beverage assistant you will bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests.
The guest journey is paramount, so you\'ll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again.
The hours are flexible and perfectly suited to those looking for a working week that can meet your needs aswell as ours.
What You Will Do

  • Promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships
  • To be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations
  • To follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric
  • Work closely with the bar, kitchen, hosts and wider hotel staff to ensure best possible service
  • To build a rapport with all guests in assigned section and use this to maximise sales opportunities
  • Be flexible to jump into any roll within the restaurant when needed

  • Warm and genuine nature, someone who can make people feel at ease
  • To be able to confidently, clearly and politely pass information to all guests
  • Promote a positive attitude and display the ability to ‘make things happen’ to achieve or exceed anticipated results
  • Highly customer-service oriented
  • Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends
