The Grand Ballroom is the jewel in our crown, and alongside our collection of meeting rooms, it offers a dynamic and exciting place to work. As Food and Beverage Assistant you will bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you\'ll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again.

£12.21 per hour plus service charge.

What the role involves

• Create and serve drinks as per customer requests and preferences

• Learn and follow all drinks specifications for a consistent guest experience
• To be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations
• Follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric
• Set up the bar, including polishing glasses, making sure all prep is completed prior to service
• Complete opening and closing checklists
