Responsibilities
- Promote an always‑welcome and professional image to guests and assist any guest requiring help, forging great relationships.
- Be knowledgeable on the menus, able to answer any questions and make recommendations.
- Follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest‑centric.
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen, hosts and wider hotel staff to ensure the best possible service.
- Build rapport with all guests in your section and use this to maximise sales opportunities.
- Be flexible and able to take on any role within the restaurant when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Warm and genuine nature, someone who can make people feel at ease.
- Confidence, clarity and politeness when communicating with guests.
- Positive attitude and ability to ‘make things happen’ to achieve or exceed results.
- Highly customer‑service oriented.
- Fully flexible and able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends.
