Can you bring sunshine to the start of our guests’ day? The breakfast team is responsible for making sure our guests' day gets off to the best possible start. As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will bring your personality and flair to provide a warm, friendly and generous service to our guests. The guest journey is paramount, so you’ll know how to deliver fantastic experiences for our guests, time and time again. Flexible hours to suit your availability and the needs of the business. Average shifts comprise of: 05:30 - 13:30 / 06:00 - 14:00 / 06:30 - 14:30.

What the role will involve:

  • Promote an always welcome and professional image to the guest, and give full co‑operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships.
  • Be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations.
  • Follow all steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest‑centric.
  • Build a rapport with all guests in assigned section and use this to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.

  • Be able to confidently, clearly and politely pass information to all guests.
  • Promote a positive attitude and display the ability to ‘make things happen’ to achieve or exceed anticipated results.

  • Fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work shift patterns through weekdays and weekends.
  • Previous experience not essential, but must be willing to learn and apply oneself to the role.
