What the role involves:
- Promote an always welcome image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, forging great relationships.
- Create and serve drinks as per customer requests and preferences.
- Be knowledgeable on the menus, being able to answer any questions, and make recommendations.
- Follow steps of service, ensuring the focus remains guest-centric.
- Set up the bar, including polishing glasses, making sure all prep is completed prior to service.
- Build a rapport with all guests in assigned section, and use this to maximise sales opportunities.
