As Assistant Bar Manager you’ll support the Bar Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional standards of service, quality and presentation are delivered at all times. You will play a key role in creating a positive, motivated team environment, while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
What you will be doing:
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the bar, ensuring consistently high standards of service
- Lead by example on the floor, delivering a warm, engaging and professional guest experience
- Support, coach and motivate the team to drive performance and guest satisfaction
- Assist with stock control, ordering and rota planning to support business needs
- Handle guest feedback with confidence, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
