Come and write your Grand story on Brighton’s stunning seafront! To lead The Grand Hotel’s reinvigorated state of the art gym and luxurious Spa, we are looking for a Spa Manager.
The Grand Hotel, Brighton is an iconic hotel in a unique city. After celebrating the hotel’s 160th anniversary and completing a 16.2 million pound refurbishment in 2024, we’re not stopping there! 2025 will see the introduction of a state-of-the-art gym and luxurious spa to elevate the guest experience even further, which is due to be completed in Q2.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who an experienced Spa Manager with a proven track record in a comparable setting, with strong leadership skills to launch and oversee the Spa opening. The person will also be responsible for the financial management, team leadership, guest experience, and strategic planning & marketing for the Spa. It is a requirement to have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Spa Management or a related field or equivalent experience.

Set perfectly amidst the city, the iconic Brighton seafront, and the stunning backdrop of the South Downs, The Grand Brighton was officially opened on 21st July 1864 to great fanfare and celebrated as the original ‘Palace By The Sea’. The Grand is part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition collection. Leonardo Hotels operates over 57 hotels across the UK & Ireland, with plans for major expansion over the years; there’s never been a more exciting time to join us!
