Intent and passionate to create an unforgettable experience for our diners, we are looking for a Bartender with a fabulous and engaging personality to join us. We are fizzing with anticipation and excitement for the next stage of our own journey. Cyan, based at The Grand, is at the centre of a thousand tales, the location of a million memories and a champion for all things Brighton & Hove. If you're our ideal Bartender, you will:

  • Have previous bar experience for a good few years in a fast bar or restaurant working with quality products
  • Have a background in producing innovative cocktails and a great wine knowledge is essential.
  • Display a positive relentless to be at your best every day
  • Have a passion for food and drink
  • Have a desire to execute a perfectly engaged service and drinks, focused on the customer experience.

Our story: Set perfectly amidst the city, the iconic Brighton seafront, and the stunning backdrop of the South Downs, The Grand Brighton was officially opened on 21st July 1864 to great fanfare and celebrated as the original 'Palace By The Sea'. The Grand is part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition collection.
