The Grand Grasmere is an independently family-owned hotel, renowned for its warm hospitality and exceptional dining experience in the heart of the Lake District. We are looking for a motivated and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Fair Pay: 40 hours per week + overtime paid at hourly rate
  • Staff Perks: Complimentary meals on duty
  • Service Charge: 10% on all bills, split amongst all staff
  • Work-Life Balance: 2 days off per week

Your Role: As a Chef de Partie, you'll work across all kitchen sections, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation. Managing food stock and prep levels. Following strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
