About Us

The Grand Grasmere is an independently family-owned hotel, renowned for its warm hospitality and exceptional dining experience in the heart of the Lake District. We are looking for a motivated and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for cooking and a desire to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll work across all kitchen sections, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to the required standard
  • Managing food stock and prep levels
  • Cooking and plating during busy service times
  • Following strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
