As Business & Senior Childcare Manager, you’ll assume a key role within the company and, reporting to the Managing Director, oversee operations for the business’ various regional locations, focusing on service, growth, and profitability. With approximately 40% of your time spent on business management and 60% on overall childcare related matters, sound commercial awareness is essential, as are strong leadership and people management skills, along with the ability to take ownership and drive change where needed.

A strategic thinker, with a proactive 'can do' attitude, you’ll be a naturally effective communicator and influencer, comfortable working with your wider team to deliver first class overall customer service and indeed care. Based at HQ, your role would involve regularly visiting the business’ various regional locations, including Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield and within a 15‑20 mile radius.

On offer in return is an attractive basic starting salary of £36000‑£42000 per annum, though negotiable subject to experience, along with discounted childcare, pension, 28 days holiday entitlement, continued CPD development, DBS, expenses, and other benefits. A laptop computer and phone will of course be provided.
