  • Full Time - 35h/week
  • 3 shifts one week, then 4the next week includingalternate weekends

Duties and responsibilities are,

  • Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
  • Answering door and greeting visitors
  • Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
  • Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
  • Franking Mail
  • Other Admin Functions as Required
  • Occasional Trips to Post Office
  • Making Beverages for the Team
