We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive administrator to join our Sports department and wider administration team. This fixed-term position until 31 August is a great opportunity to become part of a welcoming, fastâpaced environment where no two days feel the same.
In this role you will provide highâquality administrative support to our innovative Sports and PE teams, contributing to the smooth running of dayâtoâday operations and helping us deliver an excellent experience for pupils, colleagues and parents. From maintaining records and preparing documents to coordinating communication and supporting school events, you will play a key part in keeping everything running efficiently.
Strong IT skills are essential; you will be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel, and bring a calm, professional approach with great communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the school.
You will work primarily within the Sports department while also supporting the wider administration team when needed, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative service across the whole school.
