The Grammar School at Leeds (GSAL) has an exciting opportunity for a part-time enquiries assistant who will staff the school’s main reception, ensuring a first-class service is offered to all who contact and visit the school. As the first point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, our enquiries assistants play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the school.
The successful applicant will need to be flexible and responsive in order to deliver a high-quality service whether by telephone, email or in person. As well as staffing the reception, our enquiries assistants are an integral part of the external relations team which is responsible for admissions, marketing and alumni relations. Offering administrational support to the team, the enquiries assistants assist the team in its primary responsibility of delivering pupil numbers in line with the school’s financial plan.
