As a Bartender/Server, you will be crucial in creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. This role requires efficiency, strong time management, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests, take orders accurately, and ensure their satisfaction with food and drink service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Accurately manage cash transactions, including handling payments and providing change.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Uphold establishment policies regarding age restrictions for alcohol service.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the hospitality industry.
- Strong basic math skills for efficient cash handling.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
