By engaging with, and recruiting the right people into our organisation, you will be enabling us to continue with our mandate to improve mental health policy. Grae Matta Foundation is creating \”Real Change\”. We are doing that by creating Mental Health Standards & Policy. The task ahead is immense and has never been done before. But with the right team, anything is possible.
What are we looking for?
This is a highly rewarding and varied role, and we particularly encourage applicants with an extensive background in Recruitment. The majority of the roles we recruit are IT or Marketing related so particular experience in these sectors is beneficial. To apply for the role applicants must be sympathetic to the aims and objectives of Grae Matta Foundation and ideally have some experience of ill mental health with themselves or close friends and family.
What will you be doing?
To support our volunteers who are driving various projects and work streams to enable our launch, we are now looking for three recruiters to join our fabulous, fun team. You\\\’ll be able to support our volunteer team for 3-5 hours per week and key responsibilities will be:
- Writing engaging and attractive adverts to attract people with the required skill set, who also resonate with the charity’s purpose
- Engaging with potential volunteers in a positive and professional way
- Designing search strategies for more challenging roles
- Managing expectations with stakeholders in regard to recruitment timescales
We are looking for strong, hands-on recruiters who also understand the importance of a strong recruitment strategy. These roles will put you at the centre of our really exciting projects, and will be an important support in enabling the charity to achieve its vision. The role is a Digital Role so you can work remotely from home.
