What are we looking for?
- Qualifications & Experience (desired)
- Proven experience in fundraising leadership, ideally within the nonprofit or social impact sector.
- A strong track record of securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants from trusts, foundations, and government bodies.
- Experience developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Strong background in corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of fundraising compliance and ethical standards, including GDPR and relevant UK regulations - or willingness to learn.
- Experience managing fundraising budgets, forecasting revenue, and reporting to leadership teams.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising tools, crowdfunding, and donor management systems.
