Secure sustainable fundraising to improve mental health support access and awareness. You'll work as part of a team driving true social impact and value. By driving innovative fundraising campaigns and cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and grantmakers, you will ensure financial growth to expand our impact. Grae Matta Foundation is creating "Real Change" by creating Mental Health Standards & Policy. The task ahead is immense and has never been done before. But with the right team, anything is possible!

What are we looking for?

  • Exposure to fundraising, sponsorship, relationship management and/or business development, ideally within the nonprofit or social impact sector.
  • A strong track record of securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants from trusts, foundations, and government bodies.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Strong background in corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of fundraising compliance and ethical standards, including GDPR and relevant UK regulations - or willingness to learn.
  • Experience managing fundraising budgets, forecasting revenue, and reporting to leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with digital fundraising tools, crowdfunding, and donor management systems.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and funding organisations.
  • Research and apply for grants from trusts, foundations, and government bodies to secure long‑term funding.
  • Create and lead fundraising campaigns, including digital, events‑based, and community‑driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance donor engagement and brand visibility.
  • Manage fundraising targets and budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and transparency.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing insights to leadership for strategy refinement.
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethical standards.
