The President is looking for an organised, motivated and proactive executive assistant to work with in this mental health policy foundation!
What difference will you make? Grae Matta Foundation is creating "Real Change" by creating Mental Health Standards & Policy. The task ahead is immense and has never been done before. With the right team, however, anything is possible.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience at an Executive or Executive PA level
- Excellent communications skills including exemplary oral and written English
- Excellent computer skills with extensive experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Secretarial qualification and hospital industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Self-starter who is proactive, energetic, flexible and enjoys working on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Confident, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload in order to work to tight deadlines under pressure

To be successful in this role you will have either lived experience with ill mental health or direct experience with a close friend or family member who also suffers/suffered from ill mental health.
What will you be doing? This role is high-profile and fast-paced, liaising with a range of stakeholders in and outside the Foundation. You will provide personal secretarial and administrative support to the President and will assist in the smooth running and function of the Executive Office on a daily basis. You will assist the President in achieving the Foundation's aims and objectives; and provide a comprehensive business support service.
This is a part-time role volunteering between 5 -10 hours per week.
