What will you be doing?
Strategic Support
- Provide high‑level advisory support to the President on organisational priorities, emerging opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Prepare briefings, reports and recommendations to inform decision‑making.
- Assist in shaping long‑term strategic direction across programmes, partnerships and advocacy work.
- Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including priority‑setting, resourcing considerations and maintain simple frameworks for progress tracking against strategic objectives.
- Help the President convert strategic intent into clear plans, milestones and organisational communication.
Operational Coordination
- Oversee cross‑functional alignment to ensure programmes and initiatives progress according to timelines.
- Coordinate internal communication between departments and teams to enhance collaboration.
- Maintain oversight of key cross‑functional working groups and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Develop and monitor project plans, ensuring follow‑through on key actions from senior leadership meetings.

Stakeholder Engagement

Governance & Administration
