This is an exciting new role for a Civil Engineering graduate with some experience, involving working alongside the Civil Engineering team on a range of sizeable projects. The role will be office based but will also require some site visits across the UK to extract information and check damage including structural damage.
The position will offer an interesting, challenging and varied workload, allowing professional development in the chosen field. Ideally, you will be a motivated, progressive and versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to your role and provide support to the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate highways and crown property damage claims
- Communicate with all parties involved – over phone, email and potentially site visits
- Establish all technical information relevant to each claim/project and produce reports for claims prior to works being carried out on behalf of clients
- Keep the system up to date with all relevant information
- Work with other team members to provide information and assist with any technical matters as directed
- Feedback to other teams on completion of claims
Skills Required:
- Experience in relevant industry – ideally highways and property
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Full driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- IT literate

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays, an extra 16 hours of time off in lieu taken at no more than two-hour slots, equating to a total of 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
