This position is responsible for delivering digital and print design output in line with our strategic marketing workstreams. The work includes developing multi‑channel campaign assets, rebranding projects, digital content for company training and e‑learning products, social media graphics, publication advertising, survey visualisation, and branded templates for corporate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications in the delivery of artwork/graphic design in line with the strategic workstreams of the communication, governance, and professional development teams.
- Ensure as a brand guardian that the marketing messaging and imagery is delivered in an accurate, consistent, clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Responsible for the rebranding of company assets.
- Develop and generate imagery for multi‑channel and integrated marketing campaigns for the communications and professional development workstreams.
- Work with the Publications Lead to develop company adverts for the Building Engineer journal and website including (but not limited to) membership, training, awards, and benevolent fund adverts.
- Translate survey data into accessible and attractive visual formats for presentation and reporting for corporate marketing activities.
- Create branded templates and graphics for training materials including the development of presentations, e‑learning content, and e‑brochures.
- Support the Asia Pacific office with their graphic design requirements and act as their point of contact for the Marketing and Communications Team.
- Work as the Communications, Marketing and Events Co‑ordinator to develop opportunities on social media to amplify reach across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, focused on corporate messaging and promotion of company services and products.
- Develop campaigns for company product and service launches.
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of company documentation and templates including, but not limited to, policies, application forms, guidance documents, PowerPoint presentations, and technical notes relating to communications, training, and governance.
- Able to travel across the UK if necessary.
- As and when, support and liaise with the Digital Graphic Designer, Membership, acting as cover during busy periods and providing input into strategic projects.

Skills Required
- Proven experience in marketing communications and creative graphic design.
- Experienced using Adobe Creative Suite (PC) – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other design applications.
- Experience of HTML.
- Demonstrate experience across email, CMS, social, web, campaign management.
- Desirable experience in creating and editing video for content marketing.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality work to meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic & positive with the ability to work effectively autonomously or with a team.
- Support to study professional qualifications to support your CPD.
- Aviva Pension – company contributes 6%
Hours of Work
35 Hours per week: Mon‑Thu 9‑5 pm, Fri 9‑4 pm. Given the scope of work and the level of cross‑team collaboration required, this role is office‑based to begin with, with a hybrid option after settling in, and will work closely with our Marketing, Communications, Governance, and Professional Development teams.
