About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to join our client within an educational environment. This role focuses on safeguarding, wellbeing support, and early intervention, ensuring individuals can access the right guidance and services when needed. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to manage wellbeing concerns, provide support, and promote a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support safeguarding and wellbeing case management
  • Monitor and respond to wellbeing and safeguarding concerns
  • Provide advice, guidance, and signposting to support services
  • Maintain accurate case records and update internal systems
  • Liaise with families, external agencies, and internal teams
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and awareness activities
  • Attend meetings and contribute to safeguarding processes

  • Experience in safeguarding, wellbeing, student support, or similar settings
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and vulnerable individuals support
