As a Training Supervisor you will:
- Provide structured supervision for a portfolio of advisers, including regular assessments and one-on-one reviews.
- Establish and maintain development plans for individuals based on risk and performance factors.
- Support advisers in applying internal frameworks to advice delivery, offering guidance where clarification is needed.
- Ensure all advisers remain appropriately certified and qualified.
- Conduct and document annual competence evaluations and adjust authorisation levels based on current capability.
- Record supervision activities in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- Promote consistent completion of suitability reviews and escalate non-compliance when necessary.
You’ll likely be someone who:
