We’re working with a well-established organisation within the professional services sector that is looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support their operations and client services team. This is a varied role offering exposure across administration, client liaison, and operational support within a professional, fast-paced environment.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
- Resolve queries efficiently and escalate complex matters where required
- Produce accurate reports and spreadsheets for management
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases
- Set up and manage new cases on the case management system
- Support payment queries and account administration
- Handle incoming/outgoing post, scanning and document management
- Conduct welcome calls and support client onboarding
- Assist with email and telephone campaigns
