We are looking for an experienced Senior Wellbeing Coordinator to lead and support a team providing high-quality, person-focused support to individuals facing challenges in their daily lives. This role involves coordinating services, supporting staff and volunteers, and ensuring that programmes run smoothly and effectively.

  • Deliver personalised support and guidance to individuals, including assisting them in managing day-to-day challenges.
  • Conduct assessments and help develop tailored plans to support progress and positive outcomes.
  • Oversee staff or volunteers, providing coaching, supervision, and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with partner organisations and stakeholders to ensure services are accessible and effective.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor activities, and contribute to reporting on service impact.
  • Support service development and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience providing support services to adults or vulnerable individuals.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or supervising a small team or volunteers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage empathetically and effectively.
  • Comfortable with record-keeping, monitoring outcomes, and reporting.
