Job title: Salesforce Business Analyst

A high-growth SaaS company is hiring a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to enhance and scale its GTM tech stack.
This person will design and optimize Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud solutions to streamline Lead-to-Opportunity and Quote-to-Cash workflows, improve campaign performance, and drive data-backed decisions across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops.
Your Mission:
– Translate GTM requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
– Design lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and workflow automations.
– Optimize the full funnel from Marketing β Lead β Opportunity β Quote.
– Partner with Marketing to improve campaign execution, targeting, and attribution using data and A/B testing.
– Drive insights across pipeline health, conversion, and ROI via dashboards and reporting.
– Implement and integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
– Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
What You Bring:
– 5+ yearsβ experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or automation platforms
– Deep understanding of GTM processes: campaign management, lead/opportunity flow, pipeline
– Strong hands-on skills with Salesforce Flows, validations, and managed packages
– Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Prompt Builder, Agentforce
– Strong communicator and problem solver with a data-first mindset
Bonus: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Specialist, CPQ), Tableau CRM, CLM/ABO knowledge
