We’re working with a membership organisation that are now hiring a Registration Coordinator to join their team, helping to deliver high-quality support to both new and existing members. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative, purpose-led environment while supporting professional standards and development across the UK.
As a Registration Coordinator, you will:
- Respond to queries from professionals and stakeholders on registration and CPD matters
- Support the delivery of the Test of Competence for applicants
- Process registration applications and CPD submissions efficiently and accurately
- Help implement improvements to the registration management system
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Development team
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or membership-based environment
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- High levels of IT proficiency and multitasking ability
- Experience working in a membership organisation is a plus
