We have partnered with PureGym, one of the UK’s leading fitness operators, to support the recruitment of passionate and motivated Fitness Coaches. As a Fitness Coach, you will:

  • Play a key role in the safe and enjoyable running of the gym
  • Deliver an excellent member experience on the gym floor
  • Lead group exercise classes and member inductions
  • Support members with confidence, motivation and guidance
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and equipment upkeep
  • Represent an inclusive and welcoming culture at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for fitness, health and wellbeing
  • Someone who embraces an inclusive and welcoming approach
  • A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • Confidence engaging with members from all backgrounds
  • A positive, professional and approachable attitude
