The Graduate Project, in partnership with a well established health charity, seeks an experienced HR Manager on a part-time fixed-term contract (3 day working week). You will provide a broad generalist HR service, advising managers, guiding employee relations, and supporting engagement, learning and development, and HR projects.
Reporting to the Director of People, you will work within a collaborative People team to deliver HR activities, policies and effective workforce planning.
