Our client is a well respected educational institute looking for an organised, proactive and people focused Office Manager to lead their administrative operations. This role is central to keeping the organisation running smoothly and ensuring staff, students and visitors receive a high standard of service every day.
As an Office Manager, you will:
- Oversee day to day office operations and ensure a consistent, high quality service
- Manage and support a team of administrative staff
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment
- Oversee student and staff records and ensure information is handled confidentially
- Support communication with parents and coordinate key events
- Assist with operational logistics such as room changes and daily cover plans
- Support Health and Safety checks across the site
- Oversee procurement, hospitality orders and general office supplies
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership including reporting and project support
- Coordinate reprographics and preparation of materials for lessons and events
