Our client, an established industry-focused organisation, is seeking a proactive and strategic Membership Manager to oversee the growth and retention of its membership base. This role involves building strong, value-driven relationships with existing members while identifying and securing new members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver targeted strategies to attract new members.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Conduct regular site visits and engagement meetings across the UK.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing members.
  • Convert leads into members through tailored outreach and engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for the membership programme.
  • Collaborate on strategic plans to increase the organisation’s value proposition to its network.
  • Monitor key membership metrics including growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams across training, events, and marketing to promote member services.
  • Communicate the value proposition of membership to both existing and potential members.
  • Ensure member databases and contact records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the development and delivery of training initiatives in coordination with programme leads.
