- Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and administrative systems
- Coordinate attendance monitoring and reporting processes
- Liaise with families and key stakeholders regarding attendance and general enquiries
- Produce reports, letters, and other documentation as required
- Support safeguarding, compliance, and welfare procedures
- Assist with general office administration and operational tasks
