You will provide vital support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient administrative and project coordination. This is a varied role where you’ll provide high-level support to several senior office holders, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring their diaries, meetings, correspondence and travel are managed seamlessly. Your Responsibilities: Manage executive diaries, correspondence, and inboxes Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas. Organise events, travel arrangements, and hospitality Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documents Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Support projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks What They’re Looking For: Proven experience in agenda creation and meeting scheduling Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information Experience within governance, membership organisations, charities, public sector or similarly complex environments would be advantageous.
