A leading professional membership and education body is seeking a detail-oriented Exams Coordinator to provide short-term support to their busy assessments team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of high-stakes professional exams in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across all stages of the exam cycle
  • Communicate with candidates, examiners and internal teams to manage bookings and respond to queries
  • Process applications and maintain accurate records throughout the assessment process
  • Prepare and distribute both digital and printed exam materials
  • Update internal systems with results, feedback and attendance information
  • Ensure policies, procedures and timelines are met consistently

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn quickly
  • Previous office or administrative experience in an examinations team
