We’re working with a growing environmental services company to recruit a Graduate Field Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to step into a client-facing role, develop strong commercial skills and build a long-term career in sales.
The business operates across environmental and compliance-led services, supporting organisations across sectors such as healthcare, commercial and facilities management.
As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, you will:
- Identify and approach potential clients across sectors including healthcare and commercial businesses
- Build a pipeline through calls, emails, networking and research
- Prepare proposals and support the sales process through to close
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM systems
- Work closely with senior team members to develop your sales approach
- Deliver excellent service and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in sales
- Confident speaking to clients and building relationships
- Willingness to work in an office-based role Monday to Friday
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
