Our client is seeking a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join their team in Potters Bar. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, providing expert HR support and helping to shape effective people initiatives across the organisation.
As a HR Business Partner, you will:
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead on employee relations cases including sickness, capability, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and organisational development activity
- Work with managers to deliver people strategies that support business priorities
- Oversee HR reporting, identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support learning and development and employee engagement activity
- Advise on policies, procedures and best practice
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation
What we are looking for:
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Strong HR advisory or HR business partnering experience
- Confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish
- Ability to influence and provide credible advice to managers at all levels
- Strong understanding of HR legislation and best practice
- Excellent communication skills and a solutions focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
